Chateau Ksara established by Jesuits Fathers in 1857, Perpetuated the tradition of wine-making. The grapes are grown on the slopes of the Bekaa Valley at an average altitude of 1100 meters, with 240 sunny days. The heat of the summer days is compensated by, the freshness of nights, where a gentle and continuous breeze circulates along the valley dropping the temperature from 30 degrees to 15 degrees. The different types of soil bring complexity to the wine. All vineyards are hand-harvested. At the winery, the grapes are hand sorted before being assembled into each Chateau Ksara wine. The wine is aged in oak casks for 24 months.
